Delivery methods and charges
All JBP Hobbyhorsing products are shipped directly from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and chosen delivery method.
Netherlands: standard shipping via PostNL, usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Europe: delivery within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination.
Outside Europe: delivery times vary by location, typically 10–20 working days.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel until it arrives at your doorstep.
I still have not received my order
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link provided. Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing or busy periods at the carrier.
If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at info@jbphobbyhorsing.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Incorrect or defective items
If you have received the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an e-mail to info@jbphobbyhorsing.com including:

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
