Online purchases
If you order a standard (non-customized) product from JBP Hobbyhorsing, you have the right to exchange or return it within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and carefully packaged for return.
Returns conditions
Returns must be requested by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the product.
After approval, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The original purchase amount (including standard shipping) will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
We cannot accept returns of products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by e-mail. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions
Custom Orders (Commissions) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Event tickets (e.g., JBP Concours) are non-refundable.
Offline purchases (e.g., at events)
Products bought in person at an event can be exchanged or returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us first by e-mail before returning the item. Refunds and exchanges follow the same conditions as online purchases.
